J. Budro Partida
owner & founder
J. Budro Partida is an Emmy award-winning video producer and award-winning filmmaker from Austin, Texas.
​
He has worked professionally in television and media production since 1997. His spectrum of work includes award-winning films and music videos, television commercials, multiple television series, and the Emmy award-winning late night TV series, "Austin After Hours".
​
He is a 14-time Telly Award winner (including two Silver Tellys), and has garnered multiple industry awards throughout his career.
​
In early 2024, he completed a feature-length music documentary titled "Bloody & Bruised: The Untold Story of The Back Room", which has won multiple BEST DOCUMENTARY awards, as well as other filmmaker and technical awards, during its film festival run 2024-2025. He was also awarded BEST MALE FILMMAKER OF THE YEAR at the 2025 Austin Revolution Film Festival. His short documentary "Sunset at Dry Creek" won "Best Short Documentary" at Austin Indie Fest (2023), "Best Documentary" at The Longhorn Film Festival (2022) , and "Best Short Documentary" at the Grand New York Film Awards (2022). In 2020, his micro-short, "Devastated" won the Platinum Award (beating 375+ other short films) and named Season 6 Winner of the 15 Second Horror Film Challenge Competition in 2020. His 2019 werewolf short, "Bewere", won "Best Horror Film" at the 2020 Austin Indie Fest, "Best Picture" at the 2020 Demonic Brilliance Film Festival and won "Best Horror Short" at the 2019 San Antonio Horrific Film Fest.

In 2013, he formed his production company, PennyRock Productions LLC, with the company motto "A National Look on a Local Budget". PennyRock Productions LLC has been providing Central Texas and the surrounding areas with professional, award-winning video and media services specializing in client commercial production, film, music videos, and promotional materials for online advertising since 1997.
SARAH WEBB
SENIOR PRODUCER

Sarah is a writer, producer, actor, podcaster and singer from Austin, TX. She also is a horror host for HorrorWeb Productions and other horror affiliates in Central Texas. Sarah has been collaborating with PennyRock Productions in various projects since 2019.

Not only is she a multi-talented artist, but she’s proven herself time and time again as a valuable asset to PennyRock Productions since joining the PRP team in 2025.

John Robert Jew Jr has been involved with band management and promotion for over 20 years.
After a long stint in promoting in the music world, he joined forces with PennyRock Productions in 2019 where he began as Production Coordinator and Publicist on the award-winning horror short, “BEWERE”. Since then, he’s served as Producer on multiple award-winning projects and music videos with PennyRock, including “HAUNTED” by In The Trench, “VOYAGE” by Tarantula Mountain, “DEADMAN’S PARTY” by The Immortalz, “TOO OLD FOR OI!” By Brewtality Inc., “CRIMINAL JOYRIDE” by The Meanhearts, and “ANGELS SIGH” by Stupid Drama.

John has worked all aspects of film production under the guise of PennyRock Productions, from Key Grip to Gaffer to Producer, and has helped build the company’s reputation through his Public Relations. He also serves as Producer for "Bloody & Bruised: The Untold Story of The Back Room".

Adam Salinas
associate producer
Adam was born and raised in Austin, Texas in and around the local artist and music scene that attracts many people to Austin. He has been heavily involved with the local and major touring music scene since the late 90s. \m/ He has written, produced and directed two short films of his own and collaborated on other student productions as well. He was involved with Third Coast Casting, where he honed his film skills on set as an extra, a stand-in, security, set design, lighting and production assistant. An avid film buff, Adam has worked at The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema since December 2003. He has an associate degree in radio, television and film and a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in mass communication. He interned at The Austin Music Network as well as Time Warner while pursuing his education. Adam is serving as Co-Producer for the full length documentary "Bloody & Bruised: The Untold Story of The Back Room".
